How Acupuncture Can Help

While acupuncture is a key component of traditional Chinese medicine, it is also recognized by Western physicians as an effective way to treat pain, reduce stress and increase overall wellness. Licensed Acupuncturist & Doctor of Acupuncture

Hi, I’m Hyesun. I hold a Master of Science in Acupuncture from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine & Acupuncture and completed advanced training at the Academy of Korean Authentic Acupuncture & Moxibustion in South Korea. I earned my Doctor of Acupuncture (DAc) degree in 2024 from Five Branches University in California.

With over seven years of experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse clinical settings, including four years at Tia women’s clinic. I specialize in holistic, patient-centered care that integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with modern Western diagnostic insights. My areas of focus include advanced pain management, women’s health, facial rejuvenation, and emotional well-being. I’m skilled in a variety of techniques such as orthopedic-based Neuro Acupuncture (e-stim), rapid auricular diagnosis, and ASP needle application for effective pain relief.

I believe the body has an incredible ability to heal itself when given the right support. My passion is helping individuals restore balance and vitality through personalized, integrative care. Beyond the clinic, I’m dedicated to community wellness—volunteering at veterans’ events and participating in medical outreach trips throughout South America to help expand access to holistic healthcare.
